Airport – City Center
Belgrade is served by Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, located about 18 km west of the city center. It is well-connected by public transport and private services.
By Bus: The A1 Minibus offers direct transport from the airport to Slavija Square in the city center. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes, and tickets cost around 300 RSD (€2.50).
By Public Bus: Bus line 72 connects the airport to Zeleni Venac station in the city center. The journey takes about 40 minutes, and tickets cost approximately 150 RSD (€1.30).
By Taxi: Official airport taxis are available and operate on a zone-based fare system. A ride to the city center costs around 1,800 RSD (€15). Make sure to use official taxis to avoid overcharging.
Public Transport System
Belgrade’s public transport system includes buses, trams, and trolleybuses:
