Event Organizer internship

You will have the opportunity to put your social and organizational abilities into practice by organizing social meetings and other entertaining activities for our community of international trainees.

Activities during the program

• To organize social meetings and to advertise them.
• To plan entertaining activities.
• Be a local point of contact for our community of students and Erasmus.
• To search and share relevant information for our community of  students and Erasmus in Madrid, Rome, Lisbon, Berlin and Warsaw.

Mentoring

You will be guided and work in constant contact with the managers of the company. 

You will gain the following skills: 

• Organizational skills: The trainee will gain experience in organizing social meetings and planning entertaining activities for a community of international students and Erasmus.
• Communication skills: As a local point of contact, the trainee will learn to effectively communicate with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Research skills: The trainee will develop the ability to search for and share relevant information with the community of students and Erasmus in multiple cities such as Madrid, Rome, Lisbon, Berlin, and Warsaw.
• Cross-cultural competence: Working with a diverse group of students and planning events for them will help the trainee to develop cross-cultural competence, an important skill in today's globalized world.

This programme also includes:

• A fast admission process.
• An acceptance letter.
• A reserved vacancy for the internship. The host company won’t cancel your internship at last minute.
• You can choose when to start and finish the period of your internship.
• Flexibility during the internship.
• The company will sign the documentation related to the Erasmus+ programme.
• The company will sign any other educational agreement and documents required by your university.
• A certificate of completion of internship.
• One recommendation letter for your job / further studies application.
• You can include the host company, as a reference for your job application in other company.

Importrant information:

You can also do this program with the Erasmus+ programme or another educational programme (e.g., curricular programmes to get ECTS, final projects in university, practical and academic projects, etc). It is also possible to do the internship without any programme.

About the price

This programme has a reasonable price that varies depending on the duration of the programme and its location. The price is paid at the beginning of the internship and never in advance.
